During the past ten years, I have collected ideas from women about ways that they fill up their love cups. 

Maybe some of these ideas will help you take better care of yourself.

  • Hire a housekeeper to come in every week, or every other week.
  • Hire a baby-sitter for a few hours each day or each week.
  • Schedule a long luncheon with a friend.
  • Go on a shopping spree.
  • Experience a one-hour massage.
  • Have a professional pedicure.
  • Have a professional manicure.
  • Have a professional facial.
  • Attend a fashion show.
  • Become active in a cause you feel is worthwhile.
  • Join a gym and stick to a workout schedule.
  • Take an aerobics class.
  • Take a yoga class.
  • Get a new hairstyle.
  • Have your colors analyzed.
  • Take a long bubble bath.
  • Spend one hour a day reading a good book.
  • Take music lessons.
  • Take dancing lessons.
  • Take acting lessons.
  • Take a day off and spend it in bed, eating chocolate bonbons and watching TV.
  • Go back to school.
  • Plan a day at the beach alone.
  • Plan a ladies’ night out. Splurge and rent a limo.
  • Take a gourmet cooking class.
